Refund policy
At ZNZ Wears, your satisfaction is our priority. We specialize in unstitched dress collections for ladies. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY:
Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions: wrong item received, damaged or defective fabric delivered, or significant color difference from what was shown on the website. All items must be unused, uncut, unwashed, in original packaging with tags intact.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: sale or discounted items, innerwear and accessories, items that have been cut, stitched, or altered in any way, items returned after 7 days of delivery, and items with tags removed or that have been used or washed.
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are issued only in cases of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item being delivered. Refunds are not offered for change of mind. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email. Share your order number, item name, and reason for return with clear photos of the fabric. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team. Pack the item securely and send it to the provided address. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
DELIVERY CHARGES ON RETURNS: If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), ZNZ Wears will cover the return delivery cost. For all other cases, delivery charges are the customer's responsibility.
