Shipping policy
At ZNZ Wears, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp or email once your order has been dispatched.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
Standard delivery charges are Rs. 200 per order. Orders above Rs. 5,000 qualify for free delivery across Pakistan. Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME:
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days for major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and Multan. Delivery to remote or outstation areas may take 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
COURIER PARTNERS:
ZNZ Wears ships through trusted courier partners operating across Pakistan including TCS, Leopards, Postex/Call Courier or M&P. You will be provided a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can monitor your delivery.
CASH ON DELIVERY:
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp before dispatch. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD facility being blocked for that customer.
ORDER TRACKING:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this tracking number on the courier's website to check your delivery status.
FAILED DELIVERY:
If a delivery attempt fails due to wrong address or unavailability of the customer, the courier will attempt redelivery. If the order is returned to us due to failed delivery, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING:
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
